Calling all dessert lovers, CocoAddiction is one of the best hidden gems of St Pete Beach. Here you could almost forget the beach with all the delicious delicacies they have to offer.
CocoAddiction specializes in handmade artisan chocolates, macarons, cakes, pastries, ice cream, and more! In addition to the melt-in-your-mouth desserts, they have an outstanding coffeehouse that serves Made Coffee.
If you are looking for some of the best desserts in St Pete, you won’t want to miss this spot. Keep reading to find out a few of my favorites!

One of the things we love about this shop is its pristine ambiance and excellent customer service. Don’t be surprised if one of the co-owners assists you. French Pastry Chef & Co-Owner, Olivier Rodriquez handles each customer with care and provides a thoughtful approach. Even down to the cake to-go containers, there is flawless elegance in their beauty.
Your Chocolate Bliss Awaits
CocoAddiction takes pride in using locally sourced ingredients in their fillings such as fresh lemons, limes, bananas and other produce that they hand pick or grow themselves.
Perhaps CocoAddiction is most well-known for their scrumptious bonbons. Some of their decadent flavors include passion fruit, salted caramel, coffee, and pistachio. Bonbons can be purchased individually (which would be a travesty since one isn’t enough) or in boxes of 9 or 16.
There is an excellent selection of macarons to choose from. Some of their mouth watering flavors include red velvet, coffee, chocolate, earl grey, birthday cake, lemon, and pistachio.
There are some gorgeous personal sized pastries and cakes on display. All of them look like little works of art with layers of yummy goodness. Our personal favorite is the chocolate caramel cake. Large cakes or pies can also be purchased here.
Other delicious items from the bakery include a variety of croissants and cookies. Our favorite bakery item so far is the almond croissant.
It is also fun to watch the chocolates being made through the glass viewing window.
Made Coffee is Made to Perfection
Another one of the things to love about CocoAddition is that it supports another local business. Made Coffee is was founded in St Petersburg FL by Mike Rideout and Taylor Prater. This brand is locally loved and known for their cold brew recipe in Made Coffee.
CocoAddiction’s best sellers or top 3 coffees are the chocolate coffee, cappuccino, and latte. They also offer a variety of hot or cold teas in different flavors.

Looking for a perfect gift idea? CocoAddiction’s desserts are truly a masterpiece and would be a welcomed addition to any holiday gathering, birthday, or party gift. Most would agree CocoAddiction chocolates would be far more memorable for Valentine’s Day than a standard grocery store brand.
